Booking policy

Deposit

A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

No-Shows

Appointments missed without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit may be required.

Guests

For hygiene, safety and comfort, clients must attend their appointment alone. Guests, friends and children are not permitted in the treatment area.

Patch Test

A patch test is strictly required at least 24 hours before your procedure. Your appointment cannot go ahead without a completed patch test where applicable.

Treatment Suitability

Your safety is my priority. I reserve the right to decline or reschedule a treatment if I feel it is not suitable or safe to proceed.

Previous Permanent Makeup

Please inform me when booking if you have existing permanent makeup. A consultation and/or photo assessment may be required to determine whether the treatment can be performed.

Pre-Care & Aftercare

Please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided to you. This is important for your comfort, healing process and the best possible healed results.

Results

Healed results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and individual healing.

Results cannot be guaranteed, and additional touch-ups may sometimes be required.

Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid in full following your treatment.
